Traffic control or fines needed at Starbucks at Ravinia

The Starbucks drive-thru off Ashford Dunwoody Rd. at Ravinia Dr. causes traffic jams daily. Sometimes cars get stuck on Ashford Dunwoody as they attempt turn in. People trying to get to businesses at Ravinia get stuck in the Starbucks drive-thru traffic.

I am guessing that it is illegal to block traffic with vehicles in the drive-thru. The police need to regulate and/or Starbucks or their customers need to be ticketed for impeding traffic.
