Heart Screens for Teens

Heart Screens for Teens is an organization raising awareness of and providing high quality medical screening for detection of potentially fatal heart conditions in teens.  These conditions, such as Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy which is the leading cause of sudden cardiac death in teenagers, cannot be detected during a regular physical.

The exam utilizes a non-invasive ultrasound and takes about 10-15 minutes.
