Comfort Food Class

Join
Cook Hall’s own Chef David Gross at the Atlanta Botanical Gardens on Wednesday,
October 9 at 6:30 p.m. as he shares his tricks for creating Updated Comfort
Food. Chef David will demonstrate and serve seasonal favorites from the Cook
Hall menu using fresh herbs and vegetables from the Edible Garden. Enjoy a glass
of wine as you sample Crispy Duck Tacos, Gnocchi, Sweet Peas and Prosciutto,
Seasonal Soup, Charred Snap Peas, White Asparagus and Goat Cheese Bruschetta,
and Butterscotch Pudding. Tickets are $59 for the general public and $54 for
