Sneiderman Could Be Cut Off From Assets

DA Robert James froze accounts for the widow that could factor into a bail hearing scheduled for Aug. 21.

Andrea Sneiderman's Aug. 21 bail hearing may experience a glitch, according to the AJC.

DeKalb DA Robert James reportedly froze her more than $2 million in assets, a day after she was accused of helping to kill her husband, according to the report.

Hemy Neuman was convicted of killing Russell Sneiderman, Andrea Sneiderman's husband.

Sneiderman reaped $2 million in life insurance policies from her husband death. The couple also had more than $950,000 in marital assets.

Sniderman also owns a home worth nearly $890,000 in Dunwoody, according to county property records. It is unclear if that asset is frozen.

James said he would seek life without parole for the widow who is suspected in being involved with killing her husband.
