Monday Essentials: Dunwoody 4th of July Parade

Not much happening in the city during this week when we celebrate our country's independence.

Here's the short list of what is going on in Dunwoody:

  • Zoning Board of Appeals meeting on Tuesday, July 2 at 7 p.m. at Dunwoody City Hall.
  • Dunwoody Charter Commission meets on Wednesday at 3 p.m. at Dunwoody City Hall.
  • City Administrative Offices close on July 4. Fire and other services essential for public safety and health will remain open. City offices will resume regular hours Friday, July 5.
  • Of course, there's the Dunwoody 4th of July Parade on Thursday!
    Dunwoody's annual 4th of July Parade will feature marching bands, floats, clowns and local celebrities. "Founding Mothers" of the Dunwoody Nature Center will serve as Grand Marshals of this year's "Celebrate Our Beginnings" parade. Post-parade Festival in the parking lot of Dunwoody Village. BBQ, hot dogs, live entertainment and more!
