The Dunwoody City Council has a full agenda for its Tuesday meeting, which includes a public hearing on the 2013 ad valorem tax rate. The council members will also consider a recommendation from the city's Ethics Board regarding a city council member and will likely vote on a special land use permit request.
The city's Ethics Board recently recommended a public reprimand for City Councilwoman Adrian Bonser for discourteous emailing she engaged in with one of her constituents, Stephen Chipka.
Additionally, HDP Partners is requesting a special land use permit to change the current allowable maximum stories of a building on its property from two to six stories.
Council members will also decide on a construction agreement with the Georgia Department of Transportation for Dunwoody Village Parkway.
The meeting begins Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Dunwoody City Hall. A copy of the agenda can be found here.
