Community Update

DO NOT USE THIS AGENT WITH STATE FARM!! I have been a client for 15 years & never missed a auto ins. payment. I was supposedly sent a bill and then a cancellation notice, which I never received. They claim to have tried calling me, but didn't have correct phone #. I have had the same information for 20 years, yet they never had trouble contacting me previously. They cancelled my policy on Jan. 1 (without my knowledge) and contacted me (via phone call - isn't that funny how they happen to have my #) on Feb. 23rd. Almost 2 months of driving around Atlanta in a BMW without full coverage. This is unacceptable not to mention I received a letter from the Tag office charging me $25.00 for not having coverage. I have asked the agent, Eddie Sanders, to pay this due to it being their mistake and to back date my policy, which neither has been done. All I get is "I'm sorry" - I was informed their database had been changed and they did not have some correct phone #'s on clients, which is not my problem and I'm being penalized for it. Very unprofessional - please share with your family & friends and DON'T USE THIS AGENT. His staff is very incompetent as well. My parents have been clients for 20+ years and they have told me they will change agents and/or seek another company as well.
BE WISE AND DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH EDDIE SANDERS & HIS STAFF. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!
