MendenFreiman LLP and Siavage Law Group, LLC are pleased to announce that, effective January 1, their firms have combined. Siavage Law Group’s commitment to representing local and national startups and emerging companies, as well as large-cap companies, in all aspects of corporate legal needs will remain the same as they form the emerging company practice of MendenFreiman. The combination will significantly enhance MendenFreiman’s capabilities in its established but rapidly growing business practice, adding four new attorneys – Michael Siavage, Marc D’Annunzio, Kara Williamson and Frances-Ann Moran. The combined firm will include a total of 12 attorneys.
