Plans for New Hotel Unveiled to Dunwoody Homeowners Association

The DHA heard updates for the new $25 million hotel during its Sunday night meeting.


The Dunwoody Homeowners Association heard an update to plans for a new $25 million hotel and retail center during its meeting on Sunday night, April 14.

Heneghan's Dunwoody Blog said the Dunwoody Planning Commission will be hearing this item on April 24.

Den Webb of Smith, Gambrell & Russell presented to the Dunwoody Homeowners Association on behalf of the hotel developer Don Boyken. Bob Lundsten, who also attended, has detailed his objections on his Dunwoody Farmer Bob Blog.

Last month, the Dunwoody Community Council approved the plan to build the complext at the corner of Ashford Dunwoody Road and Perimeter Center North.
