New Hotel Coming to Perimeter Area

Georgia's first full-service hotel to be built in five years is under construction just outside Dunwoody.

The Perimeter area's first full-service hotel to be built in more than two decades is under construction just outside Dunwoody's city limits.

In an email to her constituents, District 1 Brookhaven city council member Rebecca Chase Williams reported that the 173-room Hyatt at Villa Christina is being built adjacent to the restaurant in Perimeter Summit and is scheduled for a March 2014 opening.Β

According to the Atlanta Business Chronicle, the hotel will include 20,000 square feet of meeting space.
