Businesses are honoring our Veterans and Military by offering free meals and discounts in honor of Veteran's Day.
- Outback Steakhouse
Deal: Past and present military get a free Blooming Onion and a Coke product drink at for the five days leading up to and including Veteran’s Day. Military ID is required.
Good through: November 7 to November 11.
- Chili’s
Deal: is offering veterans and active duty military a free meal from a limited menu that includes all lunch combos, margarita chicken and more, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. only on November 11. Proof of service required.

- Applebee’s
Deal: Military veterans and active service members have their choice of one free meal on Veteran's Day from a special menu that includes Three-Cheese Chicken Penne, 7 oz. House Sirloin, Fiesta Lime Chicken, Double Crunch Shrimp and more. Proof of service required.

Deal: is serving veterans a free lunch or dinner entree on Sunday, November 13. This is for veterans only, not active military personnel, and you will need to show your server identification. Reservations are recommended.

- The Home Depot
Deal: All active duty personnel, reservists, retired military, veterans and their families will get a 10% discount off their purchases at on Veteran's Day. The offer is valid on purchases of up to $2,000 for a maximum of $200. The 10% discount is available everyday for active duty and retirees, but Home Depot makes this offer available to all veterans on most military holidays.
Good through: Only on Friday, November 11 for all Veterans.
- Lowe's
Deal: is offering a 10% discount on in-store purchases to all active, reserve, honorably discharged, retired military personnel and their immediate family members from November 7 to November 11. The discount is available on in-stock and special order purchases up to $5,000. To qualify, individuals must present a valid military ID or other proof of service. Lowes offers this discount daily to active duty military members, but extend the offer to military veterans on military holidays.
