Spain Wine Dinner

This month, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Dunwoody is giving guests the opportunity to discover the wines of Spain without leaving the Atlanta area. The restaurant is offering a special five-course tapas dinner featuring Chris Elam from Prestige Wine on Friday, April 27 at 7 pm. Elam is a Spanish wine expert who has spent the past 15 years exploring vineyards, tasting little-known wines and learning the secretive culture of Spanish winemakers, and he will be teaching guests how to choose, appreciate and pair Spanish wines with food. The five-course menu for the evening will be prepared by Fleming’s Chef Partner Kenneth Bills and paired with four different Spanish wines for $85 per person.
