- Law Firm Receptionist. Geheren, a Perimeter real estate law firm is looking for a full-time receptionist and office assistant. Responsibilities include answering phones and greeting clients, filing documents, opening files, maintaining computer spreadsheets, placing orders, and overall clerical duties.
- Medical Assistant. An allergy/asthma and immunology practice seeks a medical assistant. The candidate should be detailed-oriented, organized, efficient, professional, polite, strong work ethic, able to multi task, excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with staff, patients and employers, strong computer skills, experience with an EMR a plus, and a team oriented attitude.
