Murder Charges Possibly Dropped for Sneiderman?

The three murder charges against the Dunwoody widow could be dropped just days before her trial begins.

Just days before Andrea Sneiderman's trial begins on July 29, prosecutors are considering dropping some of the murder charges against the Dunwoody widow.

The charges which could be dropped include felony murder, malice murder and aggravated assault, according to a report from WSB-TV.

Sneiderman faces murder charges in connection with the shooting death of her husband, Rusty Sneiderman. Her former boss, Hemy Neuman, was found guilty, but insane, of shooting Rusty Sneiderman outside a Dunwoody daycare in 2010.

Prosecutors allege that Sneiderman was having an affair with Neuman, which Sneiderman has denied, along with all murder charges against her.

The other 13 charges against Sneiderman include four counts of perjury, seven counts of making false statements and a count of hindering the apprehension of a criminal and concealment of material fact.
