Accomplishment: Oliver won the Under 12 Division of the 2011 Lemonade Days Poster Contest, winning a $130 gift certificate to Purple Hippo Art Studio.

Oliver loves drawing and painting. He has a couple of sketch books full of drawings and numerous paintings hanging throughout his house. When his mother Nicolien asked Oliver if he wanted to try to enter the Lemonade Days contest, he found an earlier sketch of a pirate and decided to turn it into a 'lemon' pirate. The original drawing was actually rectangular and also had a pirate ship to the right, but was folded so it would become square to fit the requirements.
Oliver is a vibrant boy who loves Star Wars and Legos. According to his mom, he ultimately loves Lego Star Wars. He loves playing with friends and having playdates with them. He enjoys soccer and basketball, and also playing DSi and watching movies.
He was so excited to win the contest and had a great time getting to explore Lemonade Days with his brother and ride all the rides – some several times!
