Fur Kids to Hold Pet Adoption Party at Pet Resorts
Get your best St. Patrick's Day costume ready for your and your pet. The Pet Resorts is hosting a contest on Saturday.
A St. Patrick's Day pet adoption party with Fur Kids will be held from 11 a.m to 2 p.m. Saturday, March 15, at The Pet Resorts in Dunwoody.
The Pet Resorts is located at 4343 Dunwoody Park. There is no admission fee.
Activities planned include: a costume contest for the best showing of an owner and pet wearing green costumes; refreshments for people; and treats and a toy giveaway for pets.

A grand prize of a free weekend of boarding for a dog or cat will be given to the best costume winner.
Furkids was founded in 2002 by Samantha Shelton after she found a stray mother cat with kittens and was unable to find a shelter that would take them in. Today, Furkids operates Georgia’s largest no-kill cage-free cat shelter, housing more than 275 cats per day.
