 p Kids for a three-hourintensive self-defense class for 6-10 year olds a
 nd their parents. Children will learn how to recognize and avoid predato
 rs\, and how to physically defend themselves if they are attacked.\nTrai
 ning class uses real-world video scenarios toillustrate dangerous situat
 ions\, and children are taught simple\, yet effective\, self-defense tec
 hniques that can be used to injure and escape a much larger\, stronger a
 ttacker.\nChildren practice the physical self-defense skills fullforce o
 n an instructor and a punching dummy. Families receive take home resourc
 es to continue reinforcing the training on an ongoing basis.\nJUST YELL 
 FIRE FOR TEEN GIRLS 2PM - 4:30PM\nThis nationally recognized class will 
 teach teen girls age 11 and older about the dangers they face from stran
 gers\,acquaintances and dating partners.\nGirls will learn how to be "st
 reet smart" by modifying their behavior to stay safer and recognizing da
 ngeroussituations and people. The training class uses real-world video s
 cenarios to illustrate the proper way to respond to a threat.\nGirls wil
 l also learn and practice simple\, effective self-defense techniques tha
 t will allow them to injure and escape a much larger\, stronger attacker
 .\nAll participants receive a take home safety resource packet. Moms are
  welcome to attend this class with their daughters at no charge.
