On Tuesday, January 22 at 7:00pm, Chesnut Charter Elementary School is hosting a Prospective Parents night in the school Media Center. Parents of rising Pre-K and Kindergarten students as well as any parents interested in learning more about Chesnut Charter are invited to attend. They will have the opportunity to meet our principal, assistant principal and faculty members as well as learn more about our wonderful school. More About Chesnut Charter Elementary School
Chesnut Charter Elementary School opened in 1968 and has been a charter school since the 2000-2001 school year. The pre-kindergarten to 3rd grade school places an emphasis on basic skills, as well as phonics, enrichment and technology programs. The charter program includes parent volunteering throughout the building and on many school committees.
