This travelling exhibition, Bat Mitzvah Comes of Age, a collaboration by the National Museum of American Jewish History and Moving Traditions, celebrates the 90th anniversary of the first American bat mitzvah. The exhibition explores the story of how girls, their parents and their rabbis instituted this now widely practiced Jewish ritual.
This exhibition is free and open to the community.
