Update: Dunwoody Lane Closures Will Last Through the Week
The city's paving schedule rolls on this summer; Mt. Vernon Road lanes will be closed through the rest of the work week.

The city's contractors have finished the paving project on Winters Chapel Road and have now moved on to Mt. Vernon Road.
Duwnoody motorists can try to avoid Mt. Vernon Road west of Ashford Dunwoody, where construction is going on.
The Mt. Vernon Road closure is designed to avoid peak traffic times. The road is expected to open back up by 4 p.m. Thursday. It will be closed again from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., according to the city's estimates.
