Sneiderman House put on the Market

Home of widow of Rusty Sneiderman is for sale

The Dunwoody home of the Andrea Sneiderman, the widow of Rusty Sneiderman, who was gunned down outside of a preschool last November, is for sale.

The home, which is near the Dunwoody Library, is listed on the website for Coldwell Banker Realty.

The price of the nearly 4,600-square-foot home is listed at $979,900.

The home, which has five bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms and a three-car garage, was purchased in May 2007 for $920,000.

Rusty Sneiderman was gunned down outside of Dunwoody Prep on Nov. 18, just seconds after he’d dropped off his 2-year-old child at the daycare.

Hemy Neuman, 48, of East Cobb has been charged with the crime, and was arraigned a week ago on murder and gun charges.

Neuman worked with Andrea Sneiderman at General Electric.

Emails and phone calls between her and Neuman have been collected as part of the evidence in the case and prosecutors say she and Mr. Neuman were emailing prior to and after Rusty Sneiderman’s death.

Andrea has not spoken publicly since the incident, though she did send out a statement to the media in February.

She has not been implicated in the criminal case.

It's very, very sad to look at the Coldwell Banker house listing photos and see Rusty's clothes hanging in the closet. The realtor should have had better taste and more respect than to try and sell a house displaying a murdered man's suits and shoes lined up neatly as a selling point.
