The community council will be discussing a major new commercial development at its meeting on Thursday night.
The Dunwoody Community Council will be discussing plans for a major new hotel and retail development during its meeting on Thursday, March 14, at 7 pm.
Heneghan's Dunwoody Blog is reporting that the development calls for a six-story hotel, coffee shop, several retail shops and restaurant on Ashford Dunwoody Road at Perimeter Center North on the Sterling Point office complex.
The site is located directly across the street from the California Pizza Kitchen.

Great. Brookhaven is getting a full-service Hyatt, Sandy Springs has the elegant Westin, and Dunwoody gets a Hampton Inn and a coffee shop?

They say the greatest homor you can receive is when someone tries to emulate you, but know they never will!
BTW... Dunwoody is still known in the northern sector of Atlanta as very business unfriendly :(
