Le Méridien Atlanta Perimeter Hotel Makes Debut
The hotel opened last month fresh off a $20 million renovation.
The new Le Méridien Atlanta Perimeter made its debut in Dunwoody last month following a $20 million renovation.
The 275-room hotel, which was previously called Atlanta Perimeter Hotel & Suites, caters to the traveling businessperson, according to the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
From the Chronicle's story:
"This was a property in need of renovation," said Paul Wischermann, president of Wischermann Partners Inc., the company that is managing the property for owner Rockbridge Capital LLC. Rockbridge bought the hotel last March for $15.5 million from Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc.
"We felt Perimeter had an upper upscale potential that is being served mainly by Buckhead hotels," Wischermann said. "Demand is very strong already."
