Dunwoody High School student wins scholarship

Jessica Andersen named National Merit Scholar.

 

Dunwoody High School's Jessica M. Andersen won a National Merit Scholarship worth $2,500, according to the scholarship organization.

The high school senior listed her probable field of study and profession as computer science.

Andersen was chosen from a talent pool of more than 15,000 outstanding finalists in the 2012 scholarship program.

Winners are the finalists in each state judged to have the strongest combination of accomplishments, skills, and potential for success in college studies according to the organization.
