If you've got business with the city or you need to do some fall yard cleaning, you might want to do those toward the beginning of the week.

For the Thanksgiving holiday, city offices will be closed both Thursday and Friday.

City Hall will reopen on Monday with normal business hours. Emergency services, of course, will be up an running through the holidays.

Garbage pickup will be altered. Monday and Tuesday garbage pickup will go forward as nomal.

Thursday garbage and waste day will be bumped up to Wednesday, accordibng to DeKalb County's sanitation schedule for Thanksgiving.

There will be no garbage and yard waste day on Friday. A normal schedule will resume a week from now.
