Christmas Thieves Still Targeting Dunwoody; Recent Situation Turned Dangerous
A woman was getting items from her trunk before New Year's and had her purse stolen by a young male suspect.
A robbery was reported by Dunwoody Police a few days before New Year's at the Camden Apartments.
Police described a situation of a sudden snatching robbery at around 6:15 p.m. Dec. 28.
The situation then turned violent. The man approached the woman when she was taking vaulables out of her car. The suspect knocked the woman to the the ground, snatched her purse and headed for the gates at Cotillion Drive.
Police are looking for a young black man, estimated to be 16-or 17-years old, described as having a baby face, bushy eyebrows and a white t-shirt. He was also described as wearing black pants and a red stocking cap.

The Camden apartments seem to be a pretty dangerous place. 2 serious crimes in a week is a lot.

With crime escalating everywhere, hopefully the huge increase in private citizens carrying concealed will deter some of these criminals in the future if we drop a few of them before the police arrive.
"Stand your ground" was implemented for a reson folks!

Just another crime committed by a young black male. Meanwhile, law abiding citizens are supposed to believe its racist to point this out.
