Andrea Sneiderman Posts Bond, Out Of Jail
Sneiderman was released Thursday morning after posting a $500,000 bond.
Andrea Sneiderman posted bond Thursday morning and has been released from DeKalb County jail.
Channel 2 Action News is reporting that Sneiderman posted the $500,000 bond that Judge Gregory Adams had ordered during Sneiderman's bond hearing on Tuesday.
Sneiderman also was ordered to surrender her passport and her children's passports, as well as wear an electronic ankle bracelet. She was also instructed to live with her parents until her trial.
Sneiderman's arraignment date has been set for Oct. 8.
Sneiderman faces an eight-count indictment that implicated her in her husband's death, Russell Sneiderman.
Additionally, her more than $2 million in assets have been frozen, which could play into her ability to post bond.
Sneiderman also faces two counts of perjury, one related to the fact she denied to prosecutors and defense attorneys in court about having an affair with her former boss, Hemy Neuman, who worked for GE Energy.
Neuman was convicted of killing Russell Sneiderman outside of Dunwoody Prep, a city day care in November 2010. The indictment says that Sneiderman provided her husband's schedule to Neuman on the day of the shooting.
DeKalb District Attorney Robert James has said he will seek life imprisonment upon a successful prosecution.

Not so sure that Dekalb will be able to convict her of any murder related charge since Dunwoody PD let so much (or all) of the evidence get deleted. Maybe a purgery charge, etc.
Also, wondering if we are going to see more strange behavior from her in the public eye between now and October and of coarse, all with the name of DUNWOODY attached to it.
Leaks, murders, bank robberies and botched police investigations.. What a city we have developed :(

Andrea was instrumental in her husband's murder: giving Neumann her husband's schedule - why would your boss need to know when, & where your husband take your kids in the morning? Among other things, the affair, piles of emails, and knowing her husband was shot before she was notified, mum huh...
If she doesn't get life in prison, she will definitely be branded for life in the community! Just like Casey Anthony.
