The GAMA International Awards Program recognizes excellence in traditional and contemporary field management throughout the financial services industry. GAMA created the Frontline Leader Award to recognize frontline managers such as unit, division or district managers who have direct responsibilities for a portion of an agency or firm. Eligible for consideration: frontline or second-/middle-line managers (sales or unit managers) who supervise at least five full-time career agents, advisors or sales representatives in the agency or firm and who meet certain minimum commission levels. Applicants must be GAMA International members in good standing.
The recipients of this year’s Frontline Leader Award were recognized at GAMA’s LAMP conference in Orlando, FL in March and will also be included in the July/August 2012 issue of the GAMA International Journal.
